• Standard Sessions: $150 per session (1-3 hours)
• Initial Consultation: Complimentary
• Retainer Programs: $100 per session with minimum 4 sessions monthly

Retainer Benefits: Clients who choose our retainer program receive:

• Reduced session rates
• Priority scheduling
• Direct access support
• Minimum 4 sessions monthly commitment

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due at time of booking for individual sessions
• Retainer payments are due at the start of each period
• We do not accept insurance
• No refunds for missed sessions without proper notice

• Non-payment
• Services no longer beneficial
• Mutual agreement to conclude

Termination Process: We will:

• Provide appropriate referrals if needed
• Ensure smooth transition of care
• Maintain records as required
• Honor confidentiality agreements

These terms are governed by Tennessee law. Any disputes will be resolved in Tennessee courts.
